2015 Acura TLX Prototype Acura has revealed the 2015 TLX Prototype at 2014 North American International Auto Show, hinting the performance and design of the latest TLX sedan, which is likely to be unveiled throughout the US by mid-2014. In order to achieve sports car like performance, exceptional handling and high-class refinement, the vehicle has been developed around the ‘Red Carpet Athlete’ theme.

The popular automobile manufacturer already owns two brilliant cars, ILX compact luxury and the RLX luxury performance sedan, in its sedan lineup.

The usage of latest technologies in the 2015 TLX will enhance the level of connectivity and mobility in the car.

The 2015 TLX possesses a stunning exterior with a low and wide stance, superbly sculpted fender arches, rear overhangs and shortened front. The curvy lines on car’s body have improved the overall appearance of the vehicle.

Acura’s traditional Jewel Eye LED headlight is another attractive feature of the 2015 TLX along with specially made side mirrors. Once you turn on an indicator, the LED will become active, delivering a moving glow at the bottom of the side mirrors.

Due to its lightweight, strong body and highly responsive chassis, the car delivers an ideal combination of efficiency, power, agility and precision in all sorts of driving conditions.

Potential buyers will have the option to choose from all-wheel and two-wheel driving configurations. As per the claims of Acura, both the engines will be combined with latest transmissions, delivering excellent fuel economy.

For customers who prefer greater power and performance, a 3.5 liter SOHC V-6 will be offered with i-VTEC variable valve control and direct injection.
