General Motors Invest $131 Million at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant

General Motors has decided to invest $131 million in the Corvette Assembly Plant and will upgrade tooling and machinery. One expects about 250 new jobs to get created for the up-coming C7 Corvette. Mark Reuss, the North American President of GM, and Steve Beshear, Kentucky Governor, Tadge Juechter, Corvette Chief Engineer and Corvette Assembly Plant Manager Dave Tatham made the announcement together.
